Q: How long after I order will my item be shipped?
A: We usually ship items after 24 - 48 business hours of processing. Items are typically received within 2 - 5 business days after this processing period. Certain orders can have a turnaround of over 48 hours; please do not hesitate to contact customer support if you feel this is the case with your item. Shipped items will usually arrive within 2 - 5 business days.

Q: Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?
A: If payment is with check or bank wire Yes, we ask that simply input the correct shipping address during the checkout process.
If payment is with Paypal we have to ship to confirmed paypal address.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via PayPal online secure payment), PayPal, and bank/wire transfers or personal checks.

If payment is via check or wire you will bet a discount.

 

Q: Can I pay with two different credit cards?
A: Yes. If you'd like pay with two different cards, please contact us, we will split the payment by sending specialized invoices to you via our PayPal account.

Q: Are you worried that you may have ordered the incorrect ring size?
A: That's no problem. We offer free ring re-sizing for 30 days after your purchase. What's more, we'll send the newly-re-sized ring back to you free of charge via UPS 2Day shipping.

On eternity bands we would like to have the correct finger size since it could not be re-sized, we will have to do a new ring.

 

Q: How do I find out the ring size of my loved one? How do I find my own ring size?
A: The best way to find the correct ring size that special someone is to directly ask your loved one's friends or family. A mother, close relative, or a best friend will generally know that type of information.

Q: Do you have gemologists on staff?
A: Yes! Indeed we do have a certified gemologist on staff! Our G.I.A Graduate Gemologist is an integral part of our customer service team. If you have any further questions, you are welcome to speak with a licensed gemologist at any time.

 

Q: Are your diamonds real?
A: All our diamonds are 100% authentic and natural diamonds, not enhanced, not treated and of course not man made or lab grown ..

 

All rings come with certificate of authenticity and most engagement rings come with a diamond report as well.
We specialize in GIA certified diamonds.


Q: Do your items come with certificates and appraisals?
A: Every item comes with a full detailed certificate of authenticity which is also an appraisal for insurance purposes. Furthermore most rings come with a diamond report by one of the leading gemological laboratories as GLD, EGL or GIA.

 

Q: Do you provide insurance appraisals?
A: Yes. Every finished engagement ring or piece of fine jewelry valued will be accompanied by a full insurance valuation.

 

Q: What is covered by your lifetime warranty?
A: The lifetime warranty on your jewelry covers services like cleaning, polishing, prong tightening, and rhodium plating. All services are free of charge or come at a nominal fee.

 
Q: Can you engrave my ring?
A: Yes, we'd be happy to personalize your ring with an inscription for FREE. Please note: there will be a $25 re-polishing fee if an engraved item is returned.
 
Q: Do you ship to military APO's?
A: Yes. We will gladly mail your purchase to any military APO using the US Postal Service Registered Mail (EMS Express). Registered mail shipments are fully insured and can take up to three weeks for delivery.
 
Q: What are conflict-free diamonds?
A: Conflict-free diamonds are precious stones that were not obtained due to human rights abuse (i.e. child labor, violence, or environmental degradation).
 
We make sure that our customers receive conflict-free diamonds. Our internal guidelines exceed and surpass governmental requirements.
